Initial Consultation 

Discussion:

We’ll talk about your medical history, lifestyle, and goals. For returning clients, we'll briefly revisit your objectives before treatment.  

Assessment:

A quick physical evaluation may follow to identify areas of tension and movement.

Preparation: 

- Comfort: After discussing goals, I’ll prepare the massage bed. Please undress in privacy to your comfort level.  

- Positioning: You’ll lie on the table either face up or down, covered with a towel for your comfort.  

- Consent: I’ll check in throughout the session to ensure your comfort with techniques used.

Warm-Up Techniques  

- I’ll start with light strokes to enhance blood flow and prepare your muscles.

Focused Massage Work:

- Target Areas: I’ll address specific muscles using deep tissue, stretching, and kneading techniques.  

- Pressure Adjustment: We’ll communicate to ensure the pressure feels right for you.

Stretching and Mobilization  

- Passive or active stretches may be included for better flexibility and tension relief.

Cool-Down Techniques  

- Gentle strokes will help relax your muscles and wrap up the session.

Post-Massage Guidance 

- Feedback: I’ll share insights about your muscle health and suggest at-home care.  

- Hydration: Drink water to help flush out toxins.  

- Next Steps: I'll recommend follow-up sessions based on your goals.

Aftercare  

- Some may feel immediate relief or slight soreness, which is normal. Regular sessions promote long-term flexibility and recovery.
